Preparing your order

We begin preparing Klean Kanteen drinkware and accessories after payment is authorized. This normally takes 1–2 business days; it is not part of carrier travel time.

On the way

Following dispatch, delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and a particular arrival date cannot be promised. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before an order is placed.

Addresses, tracking, and exceptions

Please check the destination details carefully. Tracking may take time to register its first scan. If a package is delayed, lost, shows delivered without reaching you, or arrives damaged, send your order number, checkout email, and any tracking reference to lijejufid89@gmail.com so we can investigate.
